InnTrend LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("InnTrend AI," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the InnTrend AI platform, including the Portfolio Pulse and Rate Pulse products (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use our Services, visit our website at inntrend.ai, or otherwise interact with us. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We may collect the following categories of information in connection with the Services: account and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and other contact details you voluntarily provide when registering for an account, requesting a demo, or contacting us for support; Property Management System (PMS) data, including but not limited to occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), revenue figures, reservation data, and room inventory information, which is provided by you or accessed via authorized API connections that you enable; usage and analytics data automatically collected when you access the Services, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, features used, and interaction patterns, collected through cookies, log files, and similar technologies; and publicly available rate and pricing information from online travel agencies (OTAs) and other publicly accessible sources, collected by our Rate Pulse product for the purpose of competitive analysis and market positioning.
We use the information we collect solely to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; to generate dashboards, analytics, insights, and reports as part of the Services; to process and respond to support requests and inquiries; to send administrative communications, including service updates and security alerts; to monitor usage patterns and diagnose technical issues; to comply with applicable legal obligations; and to enforce our Terms and Conditions and protect against misuse of the Services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Customer data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. We may share information with third parties only in the following limited circumstances: we use trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Services, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services, and analytics platforms, and these providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and to maintain appropriate security measures; we may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public; and in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your information.
The Services connect to third-party Property Management Systems, online travel agencies, and other external platforms via API integrations that you authorize. InnTrend AI does not control the privacy practices, security protocols, data accuracy, or availability of these third-party systems. When you enable an integration, you acknowledge that data flows between our platform and the third-party service are subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. InnTrend AI disclaims all responsibility and liability for the acts, omissions, data handling practices, outages, or security incidents of any third-party system, platform, or service provider connected to or accessed through the Services.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect and process. These measures include encrypted data transmission, secure cloud infrastructure, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk, and InnTrend AI shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, data breach, data loss, or security incident caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to vulnerabilities in third-party infrastructure, unauthorized access to your account credentials, or cyberattacks.
We retain your information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the Services, and to comply with our legal and contractual obligations. Upon termination or expiration of your subscription, InnTrend AI's rights to access, use, or retain your Source System Data shall cease in accordance with the terms of your Software Services Agreement. We are not obligated to store, archive, or retain any data following termination unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data, remember your preferences, and improve your experience with the Services. You may configure your browser settings to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that disabling cookies may limit the functionality of certain features of the Services. The Services may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated data processing technologies to generate analytics, insights, recommendations, and reports. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and informational in nature, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. InnTrend AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. All business decisions made using AI-generated insights are solely the responsibility of the Customer. InnTrend AI disclaims all liability for any actions taken, decisions made, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access the personal information we hold about you, the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, the right to request deletion of your personal information subject to legal and contractual limitations, the right to object to or restrict certain processing activities, and the right to data portability where technically feasible. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INNTREND AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE, OR SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO INNTREND AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF INNTREND AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND PROVISION OF INFORMATION IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
